Business Process Design (BPM)
Designing organizational processes is the foundation for the proper functioning of any business. Every activity within an organization—from customer acquisition to product delivery, from accounting to human resources—flows through one or more processes. If these processes are not clear, operations suffer from rework, delays, hidden costs, and errors. Process design involves determining the most efficient way to perform work based on productivity principles, operational standards, and the organization’s real experience.
At Nasim Atlas, process design begins with current-state analysis (AS-IS). We first review existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, misalignments, and redundancies. Then, using professional tools such as BPMN, SIPOC, and Swimlane, precise process models are developed to create a clear picture of the current state. After that, the desired process (TO-BE) is designed—a process that is more efficient, faster, cost-effective, and capable of automation.
Along the way, unnecessary activities are eliminated, control points are added, interaction paths are improved, and responsibilities are clarified. The goal is for each process to become a smooth, standardized, and integrated flow that can also be implemented in ERP and other digital systems within the organization.
Process design is building the operational backbone of an organization; without it, no sustainable transformation can occur.
